  1. Great article, Fran! Lots of musicians have trouble with performance, so much that music schools around the world have sports and performance psychologists on their faculties. Like you said, just do it!

  2. I enjoyed the article and agree entirely with the sentiment “just do it”. I have never suffered from any kind of performance anxiety myself, but have seen in my band mates and pupils that once they get on stage and start playing they’re usually fine – the anxiety just permeates the waiting before the performance.
